An illustration of natural hair blogger @eclark6. I struggle with drawing hair all the time and it’s great to see the pics she posts for inspiration. Also, she helps me fake talk to my girl all the time about twistouts and braidouts. I still have no idea about the difference between the two. #artwork #illustration #naturalhair #eclark6
Black Canary, original artwork.
This was another sketch that was just going to sit in sketch purgatory until I finally just came back to it and decided to do something with it.

Objects in Mirror, original artwork.
This has been sitting in a folder in sketch purgatory until I ran across it again and decided to finally ink and color it. That’s how things usually go anyway. Just like the wise side view mirror on cars say, “objects in mirror are closer than they appear”.

Jinkies! (Velma Dinkley & Scooby Doo), original artwork.
I decided to update the design that I had for Velma and Scooby Doo a while back. I can’t believe I drew the original more than 2 years ago…it seems almost like forever. I wasn’t a fan of the hairstyle that I gave her in the initial sketch, but seeing it now, I like it. Solve those mysteries!

Velma & Scooby Doo sketch, original artwork.
A while ago I drew a re-imagined Scooby Doo and the Detective Agency. Seeing as how some time has passed since then, I decided to revamp the look a little bit. I’m not 100% settled on the hair, and I might change it back to her classic bob, but we’ll see. Jinkies!!
Neo Sailor Moon, original artwork.
I drew this in continuation of the Neo Sailor Venus illustration I did a little while ago. I still love the idea of Sailor Moon taking place in some futuristic techno-y universe, and I probably won’t stop drawing these until it actually happens…or I just give up and make a short comic myself.
