Missy Elliott feat. Ludacris, Jay-Z, Trina | One Minute Man Remix
Still rocking this Missy music extra hard this week. If you didn’t like this song, something was seriously wrong with you. Music was so much simpler back then…
…like ASAP-tually

And it will happen. Details coming soon…
Missy Elliott feat. Nas, Eve, Q-Tip, Lil Mo | Hot Boyz
The Misdemeanor Week continues with Hot Boyz. This song still goes harder than differential equations and multivariate calculus. All I remember about this video was massive explosions…which apparently were the norm for hip hop videos then.
Missy Elliott feat. Da Brat | Sock It 2 Me
In keeping with the Missy theme all week…another one of my favorite ones from her album Supa Dupa Fly. That album had some hits on it…but this one…coupled with the Mega Man inspired video…made me a fan for life of this track.
Missy Elliott feat. Big Boi, Nicole Wray | All In My Grill
I guess I should just make this week “Missy Misdemeanor Elliott Week”, since she has waaaay too many hits to name. This song still goes exponentially hard even though its like….damn…12 years old now. Wow.
Which is located here.

“…there was already an african american….” so that means, I can’t draw her as one?? Oh, okay.
Missy Elliott feat. Lil’ Kim, Mocha | Hit ‘Em Wit Da Hee Remix
People try to act like Missy Elliott wasn’t innovative and bringing new stuff to the table with like every track. Maybe its because I’m from Virginia, and Missy and Timbaland were huge here…….nah. Missy and Timb (and I guess by faaaar association, Magoo…but umm, don’t quote me on that).
Pharrell feat. Snoop Dogg | That Girl
This is like one of my favorite songs off of the In My Mind album. Snoop + Neptunes is always genius though…
Jay-Z feat. Gwen Dickey | Wishing On a Star
I’ve only recently heard this version of the song…its usually the other version that was done by Trackmasters I think it was. This version is more mellow…and I think fits the song better. Always loved it…now I just love it more. This should have made it to an official album. That Rose Royce sample still goes exponentially hard…
“I’m wishing on a star…to follow where you are…
I’m wishing on a dream…to find out what it means…”
Donell Jones | Just a Little
I normally am not a fan of Donell Jones, because mainly most of his music can be lumped into the category of ‘infidelity hymns’ (minus like 2 songs…), but I do like this song. While I like the song, his thought process behind this song is so damn simple and feeble minded. If you love someone, and you want to be with them…and you’re willing to do whatever it takes to make things work…you shouldn’t be satisfied with only a little bit of their love…you should want/need it all.
But, thats just what I think anyway. What do I know…
