I entered this art contest at Game Informer magazine late last year and completely forgot about it (the Super Princess Peach motorcycle #illustration)…won like earlier this year and completely forgot about it….and then yesterday in the mail this showed up. I especially like how in the letter it says “while all the items may not be to your liking, hopefully at least some of it will be fun”. At the very least, I have some trade in credit at Gamestop now. #art #artcontest
So, I got a new job in the DMV area, and to help with relocation expenses, I thought why not having a moving sale!? So, if you use the discount code MOVE15 from now until Saturday June 15, 2014. All of the prints above are for sale…plus many, many more that I’ve worked on since then and prior. Prints are 11”x17” on high quality semi gloss cover stock paper. The pictures above really don’t do the quality of the prints justice. Please share and buy two!
Young Justice sketch, original artwork.
The younger version of The Justice League for those who are unaware. From the foreground to the background: Wonder Girl, BumbleBee, Miss Martian, Supergirl and Batgirl. Yeah, yeah…I know Supergirl isn’t technically a member, but I’m drawing it…so what I say goes.
Plus, don’t forget that all of my prints at Illumistrations.storenvy.com are 15% off until April 9th!
Batgirl Beyond (work in progress), original artwork.
I guess that I was the only one who secretly wished for a Batgirl Beyond and for her to be Terry’s friend Maxine. One could only dream (and draw their own fanfiction comic), but it is what it is. I tried to mix Terry’s suit from the Beyond universe with Stephanie’s Batgirl suit. I may just scrap this one and go in a different direction altogether…
